The apartment is a bright and comfortable 75 m² home located in Stora Essingen. It has two bedrooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom, and laundry facilities in the building. You’ll be renting one of the bedrooms and sharing the rest of the apartment with me. The place is fully equipped with kitchen essentials, Wi-Fi, and everything needed for a cozy, practical home. The location is just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop and tram, making it easy to reach the city or nearby areas. I’m renting out the room because my current flatmate is moving in with her partner at the end of December. I’m organized and easygoing, and I appreciate a calm, tidy home where we can be friendly but also respect each other’s space.
